The video and sound footage (without vocals) were taken from karaoke videos available on youtube. More precisely from songs as popular that one seems to know and believes to be able to sing along. Each song appears rather short and the parts are rather cut poorly, so an actual "really getting in there" would be hard to achieve. Unlike conventional karaoke, there were no microphones or selected people that would be able to sing, everyone was invited to join singing.
The text fragments are tackling the feelings of complete freedom and fulfillment, as well as helplessness and overstress.
